We joined the brand new club when it opened in Bend, Oregon. We loved the clean and well supplied gym and enjoyed it for several weeks. We especially liked being able to sign in using our iphones. Then we decided to upgrade to the Black Card level. We sounded easy enough to do so. My iphone was easy to upgrade and I was able to sign in as before. However my husband's iphone wouldn't upgrade. Every single employee at the local club has tried to help us. The managers have called corporate offices on several occasions to no avail. We requested that they cancel his membership and let him join again but they won't do it. My husband is very disappointed and has lost his enthusiasm for the club. It seems like a simple solution should be available but no one wants to figure out what to do. I have been told that you probably won't respond but I sincerely hope that you do. PLEASE help us resolve this problem so that we can resume going to the club. Thank you.
